a six week series for women only starting on Wednesday, January 17 (new moon)-Wednesday, February 21 from 7:00-8:30pm.
Come gather with other fellow women to stretch, breath, and meditate. In this six-week series we will explore different ways how as a woman you can reclaim your inner rhythm as a method to claim your mastery and find balance in a changing world. Inspirational Jewish women will be mentioned to help inspire our journey.
At the end of class tea and cookies will be offered. Bring your travel mug to fill with delicious warm tea and leave with the warm, cozy feeling we created together! (Please also bring your yoga mat, shawl, water bottle, and meditation pillow if needed)
