Bris/Baby Naming
The birth of a child is a wonderful event. Judaism celebrates birth with the rituals of Brit Milah (Covenant of Circumcision) for a boy and Naming for a girl.
Brit Milah is traditionally held on the 8th day of the child’s life and is performed by a mohel who is trained in ritual circumcision. The Naming ceremony for a girl may be held any time after the birth.
For more information about either of these rituals contact our office at bethtikvah@btikvah.ca or 604.271.6262.
We offer a perfect venue for your Simcha, providing ample space and quality services to make your celebration one to remember. For more information about rental space please contact our office at 604.271.6262,
